Buying a car is one of the biggest purchases most people make. When the vehicle keeps breaking down, or the dealership wasn’t honest about what you were buying, it can feel like you have nowhere to turn. Manufacturers and dealers have lawyers on their side. We believe consumers should too.
Faler Law Group is based in Los Angeles and represents drivers throughout California. We also handle pre-litigation claims for drivers in Arizona, working with an Arizona-licensed attorney.
What We Do
Lemon Law
If your new or used vehicle has a warranty defect that the manufacturer can’t fix after a reasonable number of attempts, the law may entitle you to a buyback, a replacement, or compensation.
Auto Fraud
If a dealership hid damage, misrepresented a vehicle’s history, or changed or padded your financing, you may have a claim against the dealer.

Matthew E. Faler
Founding Attorney
Matthew E. Faler is the founding attorney of Faler Law Group, focusing on auto fraud and lemon law. He has litigated against hundreds of California auto dealers and most major auto manufacturers. A former U.S. Army Field Artillery Captain, Matt earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego.
