Bought a Lemon or Misled by a Dealer? We Hold Them Accountable.
If your vehicle keeps going back to the shop for the same defect, or a dealership misrepresented what you were buying, California and Arizona law may entitle you to a buyback, a replacement, or compensation. Tell us what happened and we’ll review your case.
Two Practice Areas. One Focus: Drivers in California & Arizona.
We concentrate our practice on the two problems that cost car buyers the most: defective vehicles and dishonest dealerships.
Lemon Law
Your car, truck, SUV, or motorcycle has a warranty defect the manufacturer can’t fix after a reasonable number of attempts.
- Repeated repairs for the same problem
- Safety defects: brakes, steering, airbags, stalling
- Extended time out of service at the dealer
Auto Fraud
A dealership hid damage, misstated the vehicle’s history, or manipulated your financing and contract terms.
- Undisclosed accident, flood, or frame damage
- Yo-yo financing and spot-delivery scams
- Hidden add-ons and payment packing

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a vehicle a “lemon” in California?
Under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, a vehicle may qualify if it has a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that substantially impairs its use, value, or safety, and the manufacturer or its dealers can’t fix it after a reasonable number of repair attempts.
Every situation is different, so the way to know for sure is to have your repair history reviewed.
